Corey Mohnike BS, ACCS-RRT

Corey has been a Respiratory Therapist for 19 years. He has been involved on the Board of Directors for Respiratory Care for most of his career. He has help several different board positions including: Vice-President, Delegate and Director-at-Large. He has served at Delegate for 4 years already and ready to represent the affiliates of Colorado. He has been supporting our local RT programs since he arrived in Colorado and is always looking for future RTs that just don't know it yet. Corey is a very involved Respiratory Therapist and is passionate about our profession.

Kevin Fischer BS, RRT, FAARC

Kevin has been an AARC member for 40 years. He is dedicated to our profession and is well situated to support the CRCS with his experience across many levels of Respiratory Care.

Justin S. Misuraca MS, RRT-NPS, C-NPT

Mr. Misuraca is a dedicated Respiratory Therapist who focuses on the advancement of the Respiratory Therapy career field. Justin has been the Metro State President for two terms and has been the membership chair. Justin was the 2017 Transport Therapist of the year and has fostered the Pima Denver Sputum Bowl Coaches in their goal to bring more national championships to Colorado.

Shawna Tracy MS, BS, AAS RRT

Shawna Tracy has a true passion to advocate and promote the profession of Respiratory Care. She has over 20 years of patient care experience in a variety of clinical settings and 12 years of teaching experience in higher education. She believes that Respiratory Therapists are key to providing quality care and are the front line heroes in this current pandemic. Shawna feels that it is crucial to recruit and engage Respiratory Therapists for their participation in the Colorado Respiratory Care Society to preserve our profession and secure our future in health care.

Alec Howard RRT

Alec Howard has been practicing respiratory care for the last 6 years. During this time, Alec has worked in acute care, outpatient services, and in education teaching future respiratory therapists. Alec is always eager to practice and learn new ideas and is currently pursing his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management.

Candice Kmetz-Parkinson MSM, BSRT, RRT-ACCS, NPS

Candice has been a part of the respiratory therapy leadership team at University of Colorado Hospital since 2010. She obtained her BSRT in 2014 and her MSM in 2019. She is dedicated to the advancement of the respiratory profession.

Jessica Trivett AAS RRT

Jessica is a Pueblo native currently working as a therapist at Parkview Health Systems in Pueblo Colorado. Jessica graduated from Pueblo Community college in 2017. She was the top of her class in the Respiratory program under the direction of Shawna Tracy. Since graduation Jessica has been able to establish a grand repour with the Respiratory community in her area. She has taken every opportunity available to further her knowledge and passion for Respiratory care. From doing bronchs as a new grad, helping establish and create a pathway for Home oxygen set ups at a hospital in her home town even went as far as teaching in the very Respiratory program she graduated from. The drive and passion she has is shown daily through the education and patient care she provides. One of the strongest patient advocates, Jessica will always do what right and only do the best for her patients and those she educates. As a Director a large Jessica wishes to gain a family of colleges to help her become more then she could ever imagine in the Respiratory Care Community. Jessica Would like to continue to share her experiences, knowledge , and passion to those around her and to the future of Respiratory care community.
